Like a religion, every weekend and Christmas, we cook meals for large gatherings of family members, friends and visitors. We have people from Jamaica, USA, Europe, Asia, UAE… who, upon dining with us, always encouraged us to open a restaurant formally.
We have a staff complement of seven people. The staff are experienced in the preparation of authentic Jamaican, Caribbean, and Canadian cuisines.
We have a combination of over 100 years of cooking experience. We use authentic Jamaican and Caribbean herbs and spices. David Peart was trained by a chef who worked for over 25 years at the world-renowned Sandals Hotel Negril, Jamaica.
